Kevin Molotof was born in the dark, decaying corners of Saint Petersburg, Russia, in a time when the nation was tearing itself apart. Raised by a former Soviet soldier and abandoned by his mother at a young age, Kevin’s childhood was filled with violence, discipline, and silence. He learned how to shoot before he could spell and was taught early that “mercy is a weakness.”
By the age of 17, Kevin was already involved in organized crime—running weapons, setting up street traps, and handling explosives for Russian gangs. After a club bombing earned him the name "Molotof," he became a ghost in the criminal world—dangerous, quiet, and highly paid. When the Russian authorities came after him, Kevin disappeared from the country using a fake passport and a cargo ship. His destination: Los Santos.
Arriving in the U.S., Kevin kept a low profile, working as a mechanic during the day and dealing on the black market at night. But war had changed him. He didn’t want petty crime—he wanted control, power, leverage. He started offering “services” to any gang, organization, or criminal group that could pay. Explosives, jailbreaks, kidnappings—Molotof didn’t ask questions, he just delivered results.
To this day, Kevin lives by one code: never trust anyone for free—and always finish the job.
Career Story:
Kevin was first known in the Los Santos underground for a precision bomb detonation that wiped out a corrupt businessman’s convoy on the highway. No witnesses. No survivors. From that moment on, he became a legend.
He never joined an official group—he was too unpredictable for that. Instead, he worked as a freelance operative. He sold weapons to gangs, helped criminals escape custody, and occasionally did high-risk jobs for ex-law enforcement officers looking for revenge.
But Kevin wasn’t just muscle—he was smart. He started buying information. Intel about police movement, surveillance blind spots, and undercover agents. He built a network. Not a gang—something darker. Something smarter.
Now, Kevin Molotof is one of the most dangerous and unpredictable players in the city. He works in the shadows, feared by most and trusted by none.
Outcomes:
- Molotof can interrogate captured targets (10-15s) to extract any form of information, using fear, force, or leverage.
- Kevin can disguise himself and lie about his identity, as well as refuse to show ID to avoid detection or to protect his cover.
- Kevin may kidnap or falsely accuse others if he suspects betrayal, or to gain leverage (with proper RP buildup and reasonable cause).
- Kevin can accept bribes up to 100k or equivalent in illegal items (excluding org-issued weapons).
- When dealing with hostages or targets, Kevin may choose to take their weapons (legal or illegal) for his own use rather than destroying them.
