i know he have corrupt bio
but he dont have outcome to give 300k to 400k fine in only one situation
you can see in pov he gave me alot fines in one situation only

This is my corrupt bio in which Outcome Number 9 state I can break any law and issuance of fine is limited to $50,000 IC by Law
Civil Code Article 1.12.4 The maximum total of fines imposed by a law enforcement officer shall not exceed $50,000.
As I have the right to break any law by the bio I can issue him the max fine the Server allows that is $500,000
For the reviewing adminstration take a look at Outcome Number 8 as well.
I did try to contact admins and ask about this the only response I got was there is no rule of fines OOCLY.
