Hello, I hope you're doing well. I've been permanently banned for gr1.1. I truly regret what I did, and I assure you it won't happen again. My only wish is to return to the game and have a good time with my friends. I've been reading the game rules more carefully since the day I was banned. I truly regret my mistake. I just want my ban to be lifted. I hope you can help me, thank you.
