1. Why do you want to become an Assistant admin ?
I have been roleplaying in this server for around 3 years now, and in that time I had been in all kinds of roleplay. From the simple scenes like scripted store robberies and state faction roleplay, to where we made proper storylines that lasted for days or even long term. some of those scenes i still remember and laugh, and they the reason I got properly into the server. I enjot meeting and making relations with people I otherwise would not have met. I made a few mistakes too, but I always tried to learn from them, and it helped me get better at RP and also understand how to help others going through similar things.
I want to become an assistant admin due to the fact I feel like now I can give back to the server while I enjoy this aid and help I can give. I have enjoyed the day to day RP stuff but I also realised I like helping people too whether it’s answering questions helping them understand info or giving players more confidence. I know what it’s like joining the server new, in a server so large and not knowing wwhat are where to go I know it’s important to have someone who is there to listen and help without being harsh or acting above anyone. Being able to help while still doing RP is something I would takee very seriously and would enjoy doing.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
I have had a plethora of roles and ranks in the city, here are my most proud accomplishments but not overly limiting to:
- Captain of Detectives, First archived this rank during the 11th chief of police Gabi Tosca, where I had worked the 2 terms before, adding to 4 months of work through Ethan Murphy, Cash Yip and Gabi Toscas 2 terms to archive this rank where I then transfered to...
- Deputy Head of Undercover, I transferred to the 9th FIBs active term (Ellen Bubbles) after the 4 months of work I transferred to the FIB and rose through the ranks where I held that rank for 2 months.
- After around or just over 6 months of detective and undercover work I moved to my first stab at the Government Faction where I worked a vary of departments as it varies from Secutary and Departmetn of Justice, where I became a Law Student and later passed the bar, but was short lived as I had to take a step from the server, where I focused on my personal life during exams, but was still active roleplaying factionless.
- 3 months later I roleplayed as a civilian and just enjoyed my time in the server, soon was enticed to try for the first time, where I first joined the Bloods Street Gang and loved it. I advanced through the ranks over the months I was in the gang. After my few months in the gang, I joined a diffrent gang, but soon after left to re-join the FIB working as a 00 Agent to focus back on my state roleplay.
- I have had roles in other state factions but no high ranks worth mentioning but understand the roleplay, rules and law of all gangs and state departments.
- A year back I re-joined government after a break from the server and became USSS High Command with my Lawyers licenece coming back to my love of legal RP, which I hold to this day and still contine this legal roleplay.
3. What are your strengths?
- I am always able to maintain compsoure to represtent the admin team to the highest standered.
- I have a strong understanding of situations. I can assess the reasoning behind actions and make fair but firm decisions based on the server’s rules- This allows me to respond quickly, effectively, and efficiently when assisting those who ask for help.
4. What are your weaknesses?
- Overthinking, I am indeed an overthinker and often worry, but with reassurances and contacting people above me to ensure I made the correct statement to help can be battled. Repatition practise and time can elimate mishaps and stess. I always aim to avoid entrapment into false naratives.
- I'm a bit of a perfectionist, so I always try to entertain and show the best work I can.
5. What skills can you bring to the admin team by Being Assistant ?
- Aside from my activity being through the mid day/peak of the server, and the night hours I can do until the 04 restart, my 3 years of playing the server and perfect english can help articulate, recall rules, and what truly matters help people, which is what in all I want to do, is an asset that is powerful to the GrandRP team.
- My hours are flexible, I can do shifts from 13:00 -> to 22:00 or the later hours of 18:00 -> 03:00 as my hours can vary and be accommodated with notice.
7. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
None, I have 12 hours of free time that can be dedicated daily to the server.
