Dear Administrator,
I hope you read everything until the end before making any decisions. Firstly, I want to thank Lebron Pluxury for lifting the ban on me from the forum website and giving me a chance to explain my point of view. I will begin explaining my position right away.
The story started when I received a GR 1.7 punishment, and at the time, I didn’t know the reason behind it. So I contacted the administrator who issued the punishment, and he told me:

I replied with the following:
“Sir I don't have any house for sell? | I sell my house from 2 month I think at 210m no2047 in New mirror”
He replied: “Yes for that house”
So I responded:
“How do I sell it at 210m? Why do I take GR1.7 for this house? I buy at 145m and I sell at 210m. Where is the GR1.7 in this deal?”
And he replied: “You sold it above the market price.”
I then said:
“I have the deal. I have a screenshot. When the person gives me this offer, wait. I will send it. | Well I can't help much now kindly appeal on forums | ok ty for me to know”

After speaking with the administrator, I submitted a complaint about the punishment I received and explained my position, stating that I believe the GR 1.7 punishment is incorrect because I didn’t break this rule. I’ve been a player on this server for two years and have never done anything like that. The server rule GR1.7 states that it is not allowed to transfer properties as gifts, including neon shoes that exceed the value of 5M, and I did not gift anyone anything. All I did was sell the house to a person who offered me a good amount for it, and I was in need of money because I wanted to buy a business. Had I not wanted the business, I wouldn’t have sold the house.
After I submitted the complaint, it was rejected, and the administrator Floki Vilgeroarson wrote that the house was bought for 200 million, and when the owner decided to sell it, it was sold to me for 145M, and after a while, I sold it for 210M.
To clarify what happened:
At the time, I was looking for a house in the same area, and one of my friends told me someone wanted to sell their house. So I asked him to contact the seller and ask for the price and try to negotiate so we could get a good deal. After long negotiations, we reached the price of 145 million, and I immediately agreed because it was an offer I couldn’t pass up. The deal was successfully completed.
According to my memory, the deal was completed on 19.11.2024, and I was genuinely happy with the house. After a while, I started to run out of money, so I started looking for a business. When I found a suitable business, I didn’t have enough money to complete the deal, so I offered the house for sale on 01.12.2024. You can see this in the Discord Marketplace server, and I will attach links so you can take a look. I didn’t only offer the house; I offered all my belongings for sale so I could collect enough money for the business.
This is my perspective, and I confirm that I did not break the GR1.7 server rule.
Then I submitted a complaint to you, dear administrator Lebron Pluxury,and I explained the situation to you and attached screenshots of the conversation between my friend and the house owner and how he was negotiating with her until we reached a suitable price for me at that moment.
I would like to apologize for my tone in the second complaint and admit that I used inappropriate phrases at that moment. I was overwhelmed with anger, which made me write in that manner. I sincerely apologize to you. Because of my rude way of speaking (again, I apologize and promise it won’t happen again), the complaint was rejected, and I was banned from the forum website, which prevented me from clarifying my point of view.
Then I sent you a message on Discord trying to understand the reason for my forum ban. I explained that I was unaware of the reason for the ban, and in addition, I expressed that I love this server and want to continue playing on it because I’ve made friends and formed a virtual family. But unfortunately, I didn’t receive a reply.
Four months later, I contacted the administrator Stefano Castillo regarding a violation of rule GR1.6 . I told him I had conclusive evidence and gave him the character ID. He replied and told me to send the evidence and everything, and he would take a look. After a few days, I followed up with him to ask if there were any updates on the complaint. He told me I should contact + and gave me his Discord ID so I could reach him and send him the evidence to review it himself.
I contacted administrator Mike Wolf and provided him with the evidence. He replied and asked me if there was more evidence. I said yes, but I couldn’t send it because it contained sensitive information like passwords and bank details. So administrator Mike Wolf asked me to join a voice call and explain everything and present the evidence to him directly. He then told me the evidence was sufficient and that the violator would be punished. He also informed me that both parties would be punished.
To clarify what happened:
I deposited 20 million into the family vault as financial support to be used as rewards to encourage and motivate members to stay active. At that moment, I was away from my PC because it was broken. This was one of the reasons I deposited my money into the family vault because I was responsible for monitoring the activity of family members and rewarding them.
When my PC broke down (for about two weeks, according to my memory), I was completely disconnected from what was happening in the family. When I contacted one of the family members, he told me that the money I deposited was missing. I didn’t believe him at first, so I quickly contacted the family leader to ask where the money went. He shocked me with his immature behavior by telling me he sold the amount I deposited to one of the family members. I argued with the family leader over his reckless and irresponsible action. To end the argument and prevent me from reporting him, he said he would send me the money so I could fix my PC.
A few days passed, and he did not send the money. Administrator Mike Wolf witnessed all this through the evidence I showed him, including the chat between me and the family leader. He saw that the family leader sent me money so I wouldn’t report his reckless action. I will also attach evidence that I used the money to fix my PC.
Here, I would like to sincerely apologize for my actions. I know my behavior negatively affected the server experience for everyone. Because I’m aware of the seriousness of my mistake, I reported everything because I want players to enjoy a perfect experience, and I do not encourage anyone to break the server rules.
I would like to express my deepest apologies for my actions and ask for your forgiveness because I’ve truly formed a beautiful family full of friends, and all of them wish for my return. That’s why I’m sending this message with full confidence that your justice will not fail me or my friends.
I give you my word of honor that I will not repeat such mistakes and ruin the server experience for others. I have full hope that you will treat me fairly and give me a second chance.
