This report isn't pertaining to the Admin that had Approved the ban yet its to do with the admin that had issues the request and improper punishment and also to appeal from a 30 day Ban. this issue was pertaining to a Fear Rp punishment that resulted in the Abuse of power, the Gang Member who had began the robbery had not yet Worn his gang outfit and was out of uniform when conducting the scenario (ghetto Rule 1.7) while beginning the scene he had given me no time for the animation of "Raising Hands" to begin(1.12) he had given me 2 seconds without the option before acting, resulting in an immediate kill, once down he had waited for his other Gang Members to show up before proceeding with Applying a first aid kit and then Resurrecting me to then rob me i had been responsive and i had been cooperative every moment given(i had nothing on me and only a few grand, i thought i could get away and call for backup in an RP manner, didn't know that this was a WARNABLE offence) at this time i had no idea what Fear Rp was and my instincts were to run and get away before i had gotten shot and killed yet again, i did not know that this was possibly a Fear RP ( I only know that this might be, due to the fact that no forum covers this). once running away i had failed to evacuate, i had been shot. this was not a justifiable punishment, a removal of my job and a 170minute jail time is in no code of punishment, especially for a warn able offence.
once fired and sentence to 170 minute jail time i had tried to reach out to see what i had done wrong because i was given no information only a teleportation, once i reached out to talk with an admin i was met with ADMIN Fateh Sarsilm, i asked what i had done and he didn't give me any reason only Fear rp and stated i had not and to roleplay properly, i did not insult the admin yet i asked why and complained, yet i had not disrespected him, and if he believes i did then that is a 7 day ban, not a 30 day ban, as you will see in the screenshots i did not in fact disrespect him yet didn't approve of him punishment to now realize that it was not allowed of him to do so.
i am reaching out and begging to have this ban removed due to the fact that i am bringing valid proof and evidence that this in no way was appropriate. i do have a passion for this city and i love my pd job, i value the admins and the civilians, i had only not known that this would become twisted by an admin who did not perform proper ADMIN bearings, i do not hold a grudge to this admin yet i do hope he is reprimanded for this abuse of Discipline and i hope you see this as well

6.2 It is forbidden to leave the RP situation by refusing to continue the RP situation, not accepting / refusing first aid, leaving the game, AFK or entering in an interior and etc. | WARN
1.7 All gang members must wear top and pants of their gang`s color | Demorgan 180 min
