With respect, Lebron sir. I would like to request you that to change the application posts to seperate thread for each player like en 1 and en 3 as you know how they are, we make seperate thread for Leader or Admin if get selected and if we get rejected they give proper reason right there i like that system i would like to see that in en 2 as well. And if we post application for Leader or Admin in en 2 we could not know the reason of rejection and if you make a thread in complaint they say this section is not for knowing the reason of rejection.

If i have made any rule break sorry for that. I just saying because of the players suffering a lot to get into Leader or Admin and most of they could not get it. And in admin application they review only in 15 days and only select 2 or 3 of the players to admin interview.
