Hello Lebron Sir,

I’ll keep it short and to the point to save your time.

I recently posted a forum complaint regarding a GH 1.4 rule violation, but Yaswanth Sir rejected it.
After that, I created an Admin Complaint where I explained the full situation clearly, but Nik Sir rejected it, saying:
“The administrator has reviewed the thread correctly. Also, the administrator has already stated the reasons on the thread reviewed.”

However, I still didn’t get any proper explanation regarding my question about GH 1.5.

To help you understand better, I want to give a similar example:

Let’s say someone tries to steal a solar panel that is inside a gang HQ. That person can enter the HQ because they have a valid IC reason.
But they are not allowed to shoot or kill gang members inside the HQ — similar to the situation with LEOs in my case.
