Rafsan was born in a very wealthy and rich family.Born with the golden spoon.From his childhood he was a cheerful boy.He was both rich from brain and wealth.He graduate from a top notch university of Los Santos. But the opposition businessman organization named lassi gang did conspiracy against their family and killed Rafsan's family.But Rafsan was safe because he was in a England for higher studies.All the wealth of Rafsan's father was captured by the gang members.Rafsan was in fire for the revenge so he used his intelligent to get into a perfect spot to take the revenge from them.In his eyes,all visible that revenge.He joined law enforcement organization named San Andreas Highway Patrol. Every criminal is his family killers.He tortured them and ask them bribe for his self satisfaction and becoming physo.
Career Story
Rafsan's carrier started as a insurance seller in San Andreas Highway Patrol. Although he was very brilliant but he could not got a good rank their but his great intelligent and loyalty led him to the COS of PR.He was excellent in arranging public relation events as he comes from the intelligent part.He was also good in the IT sector so he easily got into undercover unit and started to get into practical works like hunting down wanted criminal, collecting evidence, busting cannabis etc.He was getting stronger and stronger day by day.So,he was getting the scope to take the punishment of the criminals on his hands for the revenge.He started to take bribe secretly from the offenders and also he used to torture them as they won't get tortured in the doc cells.He was honest but for himself as these things was giving him satisfaction. He started to went to black market while being on duty and arrest the offenders from there and tortured them.His mission is to become wealty again and teach the bastard a lesson so that they wont harm others in near future
2. Rafsan is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (using the /try command twice per situation), and if found, break it (/do Breaks bodycam).
3. Rafsancan be disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19).
4. Rafsan can add or remove people in wanted list, remove previous reasons for being arrested, give fines or arrest. (with IC reason)
