History:
Tzariar Family was established on 14th September 2022 with the name Tzariar Brothers. The family traces its roots back to the southern regions of Russia, near Asia. Their past is marked by tragedy—many ancestors were lost to corrupt regimes and ruthless gangs. Only a few survived, and among them were two brothers, Lord and Sherlock, who set out to rebuild their legacy in Los Santos, USA.
Starting from the bottom with part-time jobs, they eventually found purpose and respect by joining the National Guard. Over time, more Tzariar family members migrated to the city, rising through the ranks in organizations like SAHP, LSPD, FIB, GOV, LI, and EMS. They served loyally, some even becoming deputies and working under leaders who were once their comrades. Many elite members from the family took over the Gangs and Legal Org leadership in the city which took the family reputation to the next level.
Family members supporting family car insurance by doing family office tasks now. However, the struggle for financial stability led a few down darker paths. Some left their legal careers behind in search of greater power and opportunity—this marked the birth of Tzariar as a rising force in the criminal world.
The Present Today, Tzariar is an organized, disciplined, and fast-growing family in the city's underworld. Despite not having a criminal past, they’re earning their place through action, strategy, and unity. Every member knows their role, and leadership is tight, and the family is managed by the High Command and Family management. The new generation members took inspiration from the old ones and are focused on continuing the legacy of the family in every sphere of the city, from events to business, from gangs to legal organizations.
Family rules:
1. Family is a home, not a hotel. Family Hopping is strictly prohibited. Leaving family more than 3 times = Blacklisted.
2. Be respectful to every family member. Ask for consent before doing any fun. Follow the command of the Upper ranks.
3. Must follow the chain of command in events and management of the family. English is mandatory in the game and events.
4. Learn the Grand RP Rules, Family Rules, and must follow them.
5. Racism/Parent abuse/Verbal/ Political/ Religious hatred/ Gender Discrimination isn't tolerated in our family.
6. Feel free to use the family cars for personal use, but please park them properly, refuel them after use.
7. Ranks will be awarded only to people who follow the Rules, join Events, and work hard for the family.
8. If you are between Rank 3,4, or 5 and not active in Events, Buying Business will give one rank promotion. There is no Permanent Businessman rank anymore.
9. Retired Fam Members/ Retired HC/ Leave of Absence/Businessman tag holders won’t get Activity Check. If online but not responding, will get 1 Activity check in every 2 days. LOA max limit is 7 days and max twice a month. Inactivity of 15 days will result in a move to the Retired Rank.
10. Cheaters, Ban Evaders, and Toxic People are not welcome in the family.
11. Be very cautious about lending money to family members and friends. The family doesn’t bear responsibility for any in-game rule breaks or fraud. Hence, people involved in these will be blacklisted eventually.
12. Rule Break: First time = Verbal Warning, 3 times in a row = 1 Rank Down,
Multiple times = Blacklist in family ( Must be approved by Deputy or Leader)
