1. Why do you want to become an Assistant Admin?
   Tbh I’ve been thinking of applying for a while now but wanted to wait till I felt fully ready. I’ve spent so much time in the city, seen ups and downs, good and bad RP, admins handling stuff and honestly I’ve always respected how much effort goes into keeping the server clean and running smooth.
   Now I feel like I can finally contribute too. I already help players daily with questions, issues, explaining rules, etc. Even during reports or situations, I try to stay calm and guide people the right way. I’m not someone who just wants power or tags — I genuinely wanna be part of the admin team to help improve the city experience.
   Also I’ve been in many situations where I felt like if there was someone online to help, it could’ve saved a lot of mess. So I wanna be that person who’s active, responsive, and respectful to everyone, no matter if they’re new or old.
2. What positions have you held in the city? (Crime/State/Leader of Unofficial)
   I’ve pretty much seen both sides of RP. I’ve been in crime — in top gangs, handled shootouts, turfs, planning, even held HC ranks. At the same time, I’ve been in state orgs like SAHP or LSPD where I followed strict protocols, helped with patrols, and trained people.
   I was also a leader of an unofficial org for a good while, and trust me, it’s not easy. You gotta manage people, handle ego fights, teach rules, keep RP quality up and follow server rules at the same time. So I’ve got solid leadership experience too, not just in RP but also in OOC behaviour with teams and players.
3. What are your strengths?
   I am a very Active Listener and be A person who can teach people how no to be a toxic person.
   

1. What are your weaknesses?
   Sometimes take on too much at once, and used to overthink in staff chats but improving now.
2. What skills can you bring to the admin team by being Assistant?
   I think one of my biggest skills is relatability. I understand players — I’ve been in their shoes in almost every RP type: gang, cop, civilian, leader, new player, and even when rules weren’t clear to me back then. So when someone reports something or needs help, I can actually understand what they’re feeling and explain it in a way they get.
   Also I’m active as hell — I don’t disappear for days. I’m always around to help out, check logs, reply in admin chats or handle reports. I don’t act lazy or ignore stuff just coz I’m not “main admin.” If I commit, I’m all in.
   On top of that, I’m good at resolving conflicts. I don’t escalate drama — I de-escalate it. I let people talk, give both sides time, and then explain the decision in a mature way.
3. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment?
   Not at all. I’ve got a stable routine and enough free time. No exams, no major IRL problems. I’ve been consistent and plan to stay like that. If anything ever comes up IRL, I’ll always inform beforehand.
4. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
   Yeah just wanna say I’m not doing this for power or attention. I’ve seen what happens when wrong people get admin roles — they either go inactive or act rude. I’m not about that.
   I wanna genuinely help the server grow and make it a better place for everyone. I believe in fair play, respecting people OOC, and keeping the RP fun for both new and old players.
   Also if there’s training, shadowing or any tasks needed before getting full trust, I’m ready for that too. I’m not here to rush anything — I’ll prove myself.
