This person was dead in a solar raid and then he was using RP chat. Taking while dead is prohibited. Then at video timestamp: 1:32 sec He said "Give me your Sister Pussy"

This comes under GR 3.2, His words are abusive towards my sister. There is no such rule for this one. But still I hope You will take care of his behavior.
