2. Why do you want to be a leader of this specific organization? (List three reasons with an explanation)
(1) I want to become leader of East Side Ballas because when I was in State Orgainization I have gain many experience as a state officer so i decided to put my step in Dark side of city means ghetto. So When I reach ghetto there were so many Illegal Organization like Ballas, Vagos, Marabunta, Bloods and Families. So I decide to Join Ballas First. So I joined ballas as a Newbie. I Attend Many events to get experience. So after spending most of my time in Illegal Organization. I got high command opportunity and So many responsibilities.
(2) So After spending enough time as high command in Illegal Organization. So I think I am capable for East Side Ballas Leadership. In every organization most of the leader are supporting favoritism and this is the main reason of inactivity in organization. So firstly I will not support any kind of favoritism which lead to inactivity in Organization. If any of our member in organization do any mistake which effect to our organization so I will not fire him like other leader. I will personally teach him about Illegal Side in City and Solve the problem.
(3) My main goal is to make fear of East Side Ballas In every organization legal and Illegal. I want to active East Side Ballas more then other organization. I will try to run our organization without conflict. I will give bonuses to every active member in organization. by giving them bonuses they work more harder to make fear of East Side Ballas and take Ballas on top. I will active ballas more then other organization by doing events daily like Store and Gun Store Robbery, Fz Raids and etc.
3. Your advice for improving the RolePlay level in the organization.
(1). I will try to do 100% turf.
(2). I will try to Active East Side Ballas every day more then Other Organization.
(3). I will try to complete Our Organization Without any conflict or Problem.
(4). I will hire those gangster who knows better about Illegal Organization. So there will be less chance of getting any punishment.
(5). I will make try make fear of East Side Ballas In Every Single Organization.
