Firstly my vagos application got rejected then bloods also but why i have experience in crime side, Currently i am families deputy also, i am working day/night in grand rp so why i am not getting selected

I give my whole day to grp but still ? ingame admins told me that i can be leader in crime side after 10+ level and i have that (13+)

Can i just know the reason ? like do i need to gain more experience ?
