I would like to disagree with this decision. We've always been taught that when someone commits a crime, we do not need to issue demands etc, as it's an RP situation and doesn't fall under 6.15 When outside the GHETTO you must engage in RP before shooting someone. For example issue them demands and if they do not listen to your demands within 5 seconds you can shoot them. | WARN

In the same way, I can cuff him while his hands are moving like that. That is how we were told we can cuff people while they are facing us, and we can cuff people while they have a gun in their hand.

Asked for free passage( no spikes no barricades no blockage ) for one hostage and 10 sec time to leave for second hostage and they kill as soon as hostage freed and also if you see in begining of my video u will find my fam member got cuffed when gun in hand without giving any demands.
