So, I arrest his friend and this LSPD officer comes in to the doc room and interrupts me, he is from LSPD and I am not obliged to take orders from him.
Secondly, he simply uncuffs my 10-15 and openly does mixing by saying "I will break the rules".

At the time of this forum, I didn't see any corrupt bio's so its a clear rule break!
