Hello again,
My ban is due to gen rule 1.3. The explanation is that I committed any fraud against players. However, I didn't commit any fraud against any players, and I was banned for this reason. I don't understand how this could happen. Please help me. I really don't understand the reason. And I'm very confused and upset about this.
