Life Story:
Rocky Markk was born in a undeveloped village of Madhopur, Uttar Pradesh, in a lower-middle-class family. His father was a constable and has a minimum earning to run his family. One day Markk lost his father in a political rally stampede, leaving Rocky, his mother, and younger sister behinds. After this tragedy, his family struggled financially. Rocky's mother use to work on other doorstep to earn something so she can feed her 2 children. Apart from all struggles, Rocky was very much intelligent and a quick learner, so his mother also assure to give her child a proper education. As a child, Rocky witness local leaders bribing police, criminals getting VIP treatment, and honest officers living miserable lives. After this his dream was simple-get into Leos, not just for duty, but for power and money.
After passing his class 12 board exams with excellent marks, Rocky went to Sandy Shores and join Sheriff Training Academy in Paleto Bay. He was tough, sharp, and smart. But beneath the uniform grew a quiet rage-the system had always ignored people like him, and he would no longer play by the rules. By the time he became a Trooper 1 in San Andreas Highway Petrol (SAHP), he had already accepted that honesty didn't feed hungry stomachs. He wanted more - money, influence, and fear. And he would get it his way.
career Story:
Trooper Rocky Markk joined SWAT Department and work hard to improve his shooting skills. Because of his Hard work and dedication, many of Highway operations was successful because of him and earned a name being "action-oriented". He staged fake encounters against petty criminals, received medals from the department and government and soon he had been promoted a Deputy Head of Department of SWAT. But beneath his uniform lay a growing criminal empire. Rocky got into contacts of gang and help them during their highway crimes and took bribes from them. To the public, he was both feared and respected, he allowed all type of illegal business on highway. Instead of stopping crimes, he organized it, turning criminals into informants and rivals into allies.
FIRs against him were filtered-if the price was right, cases disappeared. Rocky had carefully crafted a dual system: the visible law, and the hidden network. Year passed, no one can touched Rocky, no voice rose against him. He had mastered the art of remaining untouched-a king in uniform.
In his eyes, he wasn't corrupt-he was just smarter than the rest.
Outcomes:
1. Rocky can take bribes (up to $100,000 and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
2. Rocky is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (using the /try command twice per situation), and if found, break it (/do Breaks bodycam).
3. Rocky can be disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19).
4. Rocky can add or remove people in wanted list, remove previous reasons for being arrested, give fines or arrest. (with IC reason)
5. Rocky can torture/interrogates for information and can use truth serum to get true information. ( using /try command twice per situation).( Keeping in mind that he cannot kill 10-15 ).
6. Rocky can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without identifying himself with the ID and without a lawyer.
7. Rocky can help prisoners to do Prison Break.
8. Rocky can cuff, torture and break bodycam of other LEOs to save his friends, family members or to save some citizens that he feels sad for them. ( no targeting or PG)
9. Rocky can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
10. Rocky can do criminal activities. For example, go to the ghetto and ghetto clap, buy or sell illegal items in black market, or use any type of illegal items and weapons. ( no ORG gears included )
