I hope you are doing well, So i am appealing about this mistake for the last time So basically I got a false punishment for ER 1.7 by Alex Odd for which my IC account got blocked for 30 days.
So, the situation took place at the 9th of July where i posted a forum against mike for wrong punishment which took place at k-treasure-common which is not an event for ub demands + rdm which was for a wrong punishment at the treasure hourly fight and then i posted because it was a false punishment i also had dm mike tank and he was also ready to remove my punishment which was a warning with 180 mins demorgan and then the guy who had posted the thread against me for rdm + ub demands that guy had removed the pov from the youtube after that he said you appeal and yes i appealed and after some time alex odd reviewed my forum and asked pov from me for the event i was surprised as it was not an event because he thought that i was at k-treasure-battle and i was at k-treasure-common which is not present in the event section and then i replied him that this as per the rule ER 1.7 was not a circle or sphere event so i didnt have the pov after that alex odd replied me that it is at the event section so you have to record the pov and he gave me 30 days ban on both on my forum account and my IC account for ER 1.7 from the forum Reviewed - Wrong Decision | Mike Tank.
But, After this I had to appeal to unban my forum account from Discord - Group Chat That’s All Fun & Games
Here is the proof that the video was made private Desktop-Screenshot-2025-07-19-01-04-07-79 so in this proof (screenshot) you can see that Mike Tank himself dmed me at 9th of July at 12:48 that if i had POV because from the threads Approved - UB Demand + RDM | 441254 the pov was removed as he was ready to remove my warning but the pov was removed from the youtube and you can clearly see in the threads Reviewed - Wrong Decision | Mike Tank where alex odd directly without checking the POV from the threads Approved - UB Demand + RDM | 441254 directly requested POV from me which was very strange.
So Thats All I have already served 20 days of this false punishment once again I would like to say that the Proof that I was at was already removed at 9th of July at 12:48 thats why Mike Tank messaged me at my dms that if i had pov of the threads because it was a false punishment as he was ready to remove my punishment as i was at k-treasure-common.
Therefor, once again I would like to request the administrator take your time and review this appeal for the last time because it will demotivate me from playing for this as it is very long period of false punishment, i would lose my house also I would not be able to enjoy this current event which is very disappointing.
