Hello,
I am making this complaint regarding a punishment I received for VDM, which I believe is not justified. The situation happened at a parking lot (Green Zone). Player ID 484071 came to me, pulled a weapon, and tried to kill me without any RP reason. I defended myself by ramming him slightly with my car to stop him, not to kill him. He then jumped on my car’s roof, and I started moving to get away because my life was in danger. While moving, he fell off the car and got downed. I did not intend to kill him with my car.
When I was leaving the area, I noticed he was down, so I returned and finished him to prevent a possible revive by others. I understand this is MK, and I accept that punishment. However, I believe the VDM punishment is unfair because the player chose to jump on my car, and I was only trying to escape. My actions were self-defense.
I was punished with 2 warnings, which caused me to be removed from SAHP. I kindly ask for a review of the VDM punishment
