Life Story:
Hasan Hill was born in a remote village near Noakhali. In a child's life their entire world depends on parents, but life hit him hard when he was just 7 years old. Hasan lost his mother because of cancer and because of poor financial conditions, his father was bot able to do much about her treatment. His father was a farmer, after few days his mother passed away, Hasan also lost his father in a local land feud. This tragedy left Hasan and his elder sister, orphaned. His sister was only 15 and took charge, decided to work hard for her little brother to give him proper education. Hasan was very much intelligent and a quick learner. Hasan's sister started working as a maid in other's household so that she can afford Hasan's education, doing long shift for little extra money. Despite all the Hardship, she made sure the Hasan stayed in school and away from troubles.
Hasan grew up watching his sister sacrifice everything for him. The poverty, constant struggle, and unfairness he saw around him slowly built a cold anger inside him. He promised himself two things: he would never be poor again, and he would do whatever it took to protect those he cared for-even if it meant to cross moral lines.
Career Story:
Hasan completed his 12 board exams and went to Los Santos and Join Los Santos Police Academy. He was very much efficient on his training, and also keep an eye on state corrupt system, how the corrupt officers are prioritize and honest officers lives miserable life. After completing his training, soon he joined Sheriff Department as Master Trooper. There he joined SWAT department and work hard to improve himself. He also took a brief training to master his skills in flying heli, in which one of his friend Rocky Markk helped him who was a Air Force commander in National Guard. Hasan was very much effective for his department, many operations was successful because of him, as every time he came up with new strategies and team tactics. In department he was know as "Shadow King". He received many award and medal because of his work
Soon Hasan became Chief of Staff of SWAT department. Now he got power, behind his badge he had started building a web of corruption. He stuck deals with local gangs and highway smugglers, and turned a blind eye to crimes in exchange of money and favors. No illegal activity went on without his silent nod. He also use part of his money to send his sister so she can leave a comfortable life she never dreamed of, and to win Public sympathy and polish his image, he use to donate his black money as relief.
Despite all this no one dared to challenge Hasan. His enemies were either locked up, or converted into allies. No regrets, no apologies. Just a man who played the game better than others.
Outcome:
1. Hasan can ask for bribes (either cash or guns/ammo/illegal stuff worth up to 100K maximum).
2. Hasan can deny and lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
3. Hasan can arrest someone by putting fake charges if he don't like them (within sufficient RP reasons, and nothing too severe)
4. Hasan is able To Sell/Buy legal/illegal weapons and Items from the Blackmarket. (Not ORG weapons).
