2.) It is not FAIL RP for an FIB UC to perform their duties
3.) It is not corruption without bio for FIB UC to perform their duties
4.) I dont need 3 people in Black Market, your experience in FIB clearly was due to favouritism as you do not know basic rules, you need 3 people only for confiscation of items inside vehicles.
5.)You cut the POV less than 1 minute at 36 seconds where you did Fail RP, mixing and started talking about some turf event.

I advise you to brush up on IC Law as well as server rules
