7. Do you have any leadership experience?
I haven't been a leader before, but I served as Under Deputy in the Ballas gang. Even though I wasn’t the official leader, I was mostly acting alone and handled many responsibilities by myself. This helped me learn how to manage members, organize events, and deal with other gangs.
8. Why do you want to lead Ballas?
Because I know Ballas from the inside. I want to bring it back as an active and feared gang in the city. My goal is to rebuild a strong, disciplined team and make Ballas dominant in turf wars and graffiti. I also want to introduce fun and realistic RP to the gang life.
9. What are your plans if you get accepted?
- Recruit experienced and new players and train them
- Set clear ranks and responsibilities
- Organize daily events like turf and graffiti
- Maintain strong RP with alliances and rivals
- Avoid rule breaks and focus on quality RP
- Make Ballas one of the most respected gangs in the city
