I was on city patrolling and this person was over speeding, reckless driving when given demands he started harassing me before blocking the engine he ran away in ghetto and I ignored him that time because by any problem my bodycam was not working and I stopped near city hospital to issue a fine to a car and bodycam started working and he came again and I stunned him and enough close to him to cuff him but I can't and even can't use any gun, I have high doubt that he is using a kind of software that gives some advantages and everything else he do you can see in the bodycam pls give him hard punishment because they ruins beginner's experience of Role Play.
