i'm writing to you today to appeal my permanent ban i received i am truly sorry for the way i acted it will not happen again i'm here to ask if you could give me a second chance i've expressed in previous conversations with you how sorry i am and how i know what happened wasn't acceptable i take full responsibility for my actions and i can assure you it will not happen again i've played in en1 for a long time now and spent many hours here and made some good friends it would mean the world to me if i could have a second chance and play with my friends again thank you for your time
