As in the POV you can see that 180628,185315,181701,206404,213848 These Persons are died at TS 0.30s - 1.38s and again come back after a few min at TS 8.18-8.28 and take a fight with us again more Over 180628 was doing CR and UB Flying in every time. and at TS 13.05 180628,206404 again doing NLR for the 2nd time. and in the POV you can see that one of the NG 169941 guy is Using Organization heli for the personal use. at TS 0.53 We saw that 169941 is wearing a NG dress after a while we can sse that NG chopers are flying nearby at TS 5.01+ TS 8.13 and trying to kill us with that Choper. Which should be GR 6.3 ..

Sir NG is not a LEO and you can not interfear in city unless It's a scripted event or hostage situation so It's clear that you use your org heli and org items for personal use Which is GR 6.3..
