Applying for Leadership of: Vagos
Why do you want to be the Leader of Vagos?
I’ve spent a lot of time in the city and seen many different gangs rise and fall. What I’ve learned is that leadership isn’t just about giving orders—it’s about building a family that sticks together. I want to lead Vagos because I’ve already been through the system. From LSPD to NG HRT to multiple gangs, I’ve experienced how good and bad leadership can shape an organization.
I believe Vagos deserves to become a top-tier gang again—one that runs zones with respect, discipline, and solid RP. I’ve seen the turf fights, the ambushes, the deals, and I know how to organize and lead. This isn’t just about power—it’s about giving people a gang they’re proud to wear yellow for.
I’ve been part of multiple organizations including:
Ex-LSPD – where I learned law structure and discipline
Ex-Bloods, Ex-Ballas, Ex-Families – where I learned gang loyalty, coordination, and hierarchy
Ex-NG (HRT) – where I handled leadership-level tasks, interviews, and team ops
Now I want to take all of that and build a version of Vagos that’s loyal, structured, and feared.
How will you improve the RP level in the organization?
I will create proper roleplay scenes like black market deals, meetings before turfs, kidnapping stories, and public interactions—not just shootouts. I’ll focus on clean, rule-following members who are trained in Fear RP, Powergaming, Metagaming, and city laws.
Ranks will be earned, not given. I’ll give members missions based on their rank and observe their RP. Promotions will only come through loyalty and consistent performance. If someone messes up, they’ll get guidance—not random kicks. I want to lead a gang that balances strength with respect and is known for both roleplay and turf.
