He's trying to steal a car in the green zone, and when he sees my car flying, I go to respawn it. At that moment, he VDMs me and kills me. The area might be a red zone, but VDM is still against the rules. Secondly, he's making an effort to steal a car located in the green zone.

IMPORTANT: Even if it's not directly about car theft, it's clearly a case of VDM. Let's say the situation isn't fully understood — it's still obvious that he intentionally committed VDM.
