in his POV clear seen that i killed him for my bounty still Admin punished me for GR 6.15
and then second thing who show his passport when he has wanted star there is dead bounty no meaning for this kind of rule.

Person is already marked as you find him with people scanner and i hope people scanner count IC thing if the peple sccaner is ooc
then you ask the passport before collecting debt your robbing a car?
