1. Why do you want to become an Assistant admin ?
-> I have experience in multiple RP servers from my country where I learned the basics of administration and community support. But after joining Grand RP, I found it more enjoyable and well-structured compared to others. That’s why I decided to leave those servers and focus fully on Grand RP. I want to become an Assistant Admin to support the community, solve player issues, and enjoy the RP experience while contributing to the server’s growth.
2. What are your strengths?
-> I am a friendly and patient communicator who handles situations calmly and respectfully. I’m also an active and responsible team player, always ready to support my team and complete tasks on time while maintaining clear and effective communication.
3. What are your weaknesses?
-> Sometimes I tend to focus too much on small details, which can slow down decision-making. However, I’m actively working on managing tasks more efficiently by prioritizing what’s important first.
4. What skills can you bring to the admin team?
-> I bring experience in handling player reports, event coordination, and log management from other RP communities. I’m skilled in communication, documentation, problem-solving, and conflict resolution. I can work both independently and as part of a team, and I always aim to maintain a professional and neutral approach in all situations.
5. Will you be ready to sell your business? (It's restricted to have a business while you are an admin)
-> Yes, and I don’t currently own a business.
6. Any IRL issue or situation that is preventing you from being active at the moment or any time soon?
-> Yes, I am currently a BBA LLB student, so there may be times when I’m occupied with academic responsibilities. However, I am committed to fulfilling the duties assigned by the admin team and will manage my time accordingly. I can still remain active for 4–6 hours per day and ensure that my responsibilities as an Assistant Admin are completed consistently.
7. Anything else we should take into consideration or we should know for your application?
-> While I may not have extensive experience on this server compared to others, I am well-versed in the rules and regulations required to maintain a fair and enjoyable RP environment. I am deeply committed to the server and fully willing to undergo any training or trial phase to prove my capabilities. I am open to feedback, eager to learn from senior admins, and ready to grow into this role. My dedication, understanding of server standards, and willingness to support the community make me a strong candidate for the Assistant Admin position.
