Rejected Shooting into Greenzone | ID: 24765

Player inside was threatening another guy, then sudden a guy starts shooting from the pier just up top by the circus.
You can see him and the car clearly from where the bullets are coming from.

Managed to clip him shooting into us, as well as catching up to him when he dipped and finding out his id.
Can clearly see the car I caught up to was the one on the pier where the shooting was coming from.

Pretty certain this is against Green Zone rules? So.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.
Insufficiant evidence.
(There is no clear evidence of person who is shooting. I can see bullets shot inside GZ but, bullets were coming from street near GZ.
In the end when you went there to grab ID of person but there is no clear of evidence of him shooting)​
