Skite Jef was born in a very crowded city of Peshawar, Pakistan where his being was surrounded by corruption which was the normal mode and survival was actually a game played day. His family had to survive on a shoe string and when political tension and local instability deteriorated, they moved to Saudi Arabia in the name of seeking a better life.
However, the Riyadh street taught Skite something different, that power and wealth work in unison and the laws can safeguard only those who can afford them. Other people obeyed the rules but Skite observed how the rich twisted the system to suit themselves - and triumphed. Leverage was real, he knew at the time: justice was not.
Several years on, Skite transferred to San Andreas. He did not join Highway Patrol to law impose, but was going to learn the law through the inside. On the face of it he was the ideal officer. He was himself learning to bend the system like he observed in Saudi by other individuals.
Skite now straddled the middle -- respected by those who saw him on the job, dreaded by those who went out of the way to avoid seeing him. He does not pursue criminals he selects who is guilty. And on the event of right price? He turns a person invisible.
Corrupt Outcomes:
1.Skite can break state and city laws while on or off duty.
2.Skite can refuse to show ID or lie about calling a lawyer to protect his identity.
3.Skite can destroy bodycams (2x per day using /try to find the bodycam per situation, followed by /do to destroy it).
