I received a two-month ban for using a fishing bot, and the next day I noticed that my ban had been changed to permanent. Please help me—I don't understand why I received a permanent ban, but at least please remove the permanent ban. I really love this game. My only request is that you give me one more chance. I promise I won't make the same mistake again. I swear I won't. If I make another mistake, please permanently ban me. I am aware of my mistake and I sincerely apologize.
