Hello as you can see in the pov they all are attending battleship which is gang event according to event rule 1.17 we can not use personal vehicle to attend gang events also a lot of people do not have proper gang clothes. As per rules, gang cloth color must match with the gang car color

Not of topic in battle ship there is no ub driving because the player has to come down side from the hills , and the player id 148425 leave the area and didn't attend the event we have pov battleship.

there is a proper path made to come at the location of battleship still you can not do and also about Er 1.17 it is still not allowed to come with personal vehicle and park it outside
