This video clip shows The Defendant (401101) Shooting at ( 483826 ) and (403846). we were gonna continue away until he shot at us. After that I ran him down ( yes Im sorry I rammed him, its happened to me i didn't know, live and learn) after we killed him we were sentenced to 3 hours. I just think the situation was miss read.

There is no rule stating that I have to have my audio in the recoding. All the proof that is need is there. You can clearly see that i wasn't in discord and the partner in crime was talking to me in game. I have given all information that complies with the rules of the server. I still feel as I'm being punished with no justice
