Life story:
Yuvi Mark was born in the narrow lanes of Kanpur, Uttar Pradesh. His father was a clerk, earning barely enough to feed his family, and his mother use to stitched clothes to support household. Yuvi was very much smart and intelligent from young age, life was a battle for survival. At age of 7, Yuvi lost his parents in a tragic road accident. Yuvi then send to a orphanage by his uncle as he was not ready to take responsibilities of Yuvi beside his 2 children due to financial issues. His teenage years were marked by hunger, humiliation, and hard labour-from selling newspapers on street to work as a delivery boy for local shops.
But Yuvi had something other didn't-a sharp brain and cold patience to wait for opportunities. He studies under dim lights, gave his 12th board exams and work hard and cleared his civils exams, after that he moved to Los Santos for his training. There he suffered a lot. He noticed that corrupted officers are enjoying their life and honest living a miserable life. For him, power was no longer a dream, it was a promise he made to himself on the night he slept hungry, watching officers taking bribe from others.
Career Story:
After completing his Training Yuvi Joined Sheriff department as Master Trooper. He work hard, take more initiatives on missions and training program, Joined SWAT department and there he improved his gun skills. He also master his skills on driving heli. Because of his hard work and mission success rate he received many awards from government and soon became US Marshall. Once inside the system, Yuvi played the game smart. He quickly became known as the man who could get things done. He began to leak classified information to local gang and highway mafias in exchange of money. He helped mafias bury scandals in return of money or favors. Highway robbery, smuggling, offshore accounts-all flourished under fake names and clever proxies. All was happening under Yuvi's approval. Despite multiple inquiries around him, nothing stop him. His network inside his department, media, and around mafias ensured silence and loyalty. The Public saw a loyal officer; only few insiders knew the reality and extend of his reach. No one dared to question him. He doesn't believe in morality, he believes in survival, success, and silence.
Once He Said-"The world isn't fair, so I just played better than the rest."
Outcomes:
1. **Yuvi** can take bribes (up to \$100,000 and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
2. **Yuvi** is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (using the /try command twice per situation), and if found, break it (/do Breaks bodycam).
3. **Yuvi** can be disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19).
4. **Yuvi** can add or remove people in wanted list, remove previous reasons for being arrested, give fines or arrest. (with IC reason)
5. **Yuvi** carries duct tape in his backpack and can use it to stop individuals in his custody from talking (/try applies duct tape on the mouth - 2X / situation)
6. **Yuvi** can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without identifying himself with the ID and without a lawyer.
7. **Yuvi** can help prisoners to do Prison Break by providing them usb in exchange of money.
8. **Yuvi** can cuff, torture and break bodycam of other LEOs to save his friends, family members or to save some citizens that he feels sad for them. (no targeting or PG)
