I have received a wrong punishment for Meta Gaming.
Meta Gaming states;
Metagaming (MG) - Using information you have gotten from Out of Character ways and using it In Character. e.g Using private messages to tell your friend your character is in trouble at a certain location. Inciting someone to metagame is also against the rules. This includes emoting information that other people have no reason to currently know — your /me's and /do's should not state what others cannot see, hear, touch, smell or taste. Using VoIP programs such as TeamSpeak, Skype, Discord and Ventrilo to communicate IC whilst in-game is strictly forbidden.
Explanation:
We were not on Discord, and as we are family members, we were in situation from before, unfortunately we don’t have a POV, as we were already in a situation his family members gave us demand to leave the area and we fight back and they died, after some time this guy Gurkha came we heard Simon shooting and we went towards him that's all.
Neither, We used any 3rd Party Apps to Communicate, nor Emoted on the Dead person, neither we shared any information of the location.
So we are clean from Meta Gaming.
Additional Complaint:
As you can see in his POV that he used to make complaint against US,
He is driving a Car with GUN in his hands, he is clearly doing UB Driving,
UB States;
Unrealistic Behavior (UB) - Actions that are unrealistic or hurt the roleplay (RP) experience of other players are considered as Non-roleplay.
Since my experience of past months of play, acc to admins and my knowledge Driving a Car with GUN in hand is Unrealistic Behavior (UB).
I suspect a favoritism of the Admin taking Complaint for Elite Gurkha | 107109 and Lack of Knowledge.
