I am writing to appeal the ban on my account, which I understand was due to using a bug involving a car, selling it, and transferring the money to my family.
I want to clarify that I didn’t fully realize at the time that what I was doing was considered bug abuse. I came across the car and sold it, then shared the money within my family leader without knowing it violated any rules. Looking back, I understand how this may have been seen as an exploit, and I genuinely apologize for the mistake.
This was not done with any intention to harm the game or its economy, and I take full responsibility for not reporting the issue instead. I’ve learned from this and can assure you that I will strictly follow the rules going forward.
I kindly request a second chance and hope you’ll consider lifting the ban or offering a reduced penalty. I’m willing to cooperate in any way to make things right.
