• House owner is Vick Vansen with ID 7154 (seen in the video)
• I always try to participate as much as possible in RP. However as per my understanding of General rule # 6.19 is for outside the city only. Plus they were not having gang colors and they were just demanding money, at this point there was no RP from the suspects. Also I was trying to turn on the body cam and my character was frozen/ was blocked for movement. Else I would have gladly moved away.

Upon reviewing the evidence, I have decided to Deny this report.

• House owner has the right to give outsiders demand or shoot which he didnt in POV. he didnt mind them stealing panels IG.
• one of them demanded to give 20k and leave which u rejected.
• They demanded u to leave the area gave u warning multiple times (verbal as well as shots).
• They followed proper RP before shooting. U left them no choice.
