Sorry, in my previous message I included a broken link to the post. Here is a working one.

I believe my demorgan for CR was issued unfairly. At the time of the incident, I was driving on a countryside highway where an event involving multiple gangs and an active shootout was happening.

• The first collision occurred because a truck loaded on my screen just moments before impact, giving me no time to avoid it.
• The second collision happened when the truck suddenly moved left. I did not reduce my speed because I feared that the gangs might be trying to trap me, so I was attempting to leave the area quickly. While maneuvering to escape, I lost control and accidentally hit another vehicle.

As visible in the video evidence, there was no intentional vehicle ramming. My actions were aimed at avoiding danger and escaping the scene safely. I kindly ask the administration to review the provided evidence and reconsider the 3-hour demorgan.
