List of rule break -
When I arrived at the scene in a local , I didn’t understand the situation at first. After observing for a while, I saw some members performing CR and also violating the VDM rule. we decided to process one of our suspects. Later, when we arrived at DOC, the same person showed up and started VDM again. After some time, we deployed spike strips to stop the vehicle. You can clearly see that his car's tires were punctured, but he still kept driving away. When we tried to pull him over, he started making excuses and verbally abused us in a foreign language, even insulting my mother. Later, his friend killed me in the DOC parking lot. After that, my colleagues revived me, and we continued the pursuit. Someone else I'm not sure who placed another spike strip, and his car was punctured again. But he is still on the run.
