Hello Higher Ups,

I had already made a previous complaint regarding biased behavior by Admin Arthur Martinez:

Now coming to the current situation, I recently submitted a forum complaint about two players who abused me in Hindi and made disrespectful comments about my mother, which clearly breaks GR 3.1 and GR 3.2 rules.

I submitted this complaint within 48 hours, but the admin rejected it with the reason "POV expired."
I’m confused by this because I didn’t upload a POV (video); I only submitted a screenshot. So I don't understand how the reason "POV expired" applies to my case.

I feel this decision is again biased. I kindly request you to reopen the forum complaint, take proper action against the rulebreakers, and also look into the admin's handling of the thread.
