Player 381848 will recieve punishment for Mixing
As for the powergaming allegation, i am guesing its because of only having 1 car. However they seem to be claiming there is 2 cars present and that you're struggling to see it. Player 381848 even offers you support to try and see the car which makes me believe the car was there.
