Shafi Sandersonn was born in the remote village of India where crime was on the peak for decades and no Authority dare to put an end to it , born in house of average land owner in the village he had everything what life comfort are to be offered by the world and had a good childhood memory by both parents are loving and caring but when he turn 10 years old a turn took in his Story a group of thugs with malicious intention entered In his village and cause an havoc and whole village upside down then comes an hero a brave police officer with army background he took a stand against them and succeeded and we invited him for dinner and praised him for his bravery he came with his family and he has a daughter who was beautiful I fell In love with Her didn't knew it was his worst mistake after the event follows the unshakeable sight seen by very own eyes lies there the police officer who once saved the village is now lying dead on the ground near the banyan tree and when we reached the other end his soul left his body as officer's whole family was murdered and tossed there like it was never meant something to anyone there lies my love of life dead Infront of me and I couldn't bear the loss and this trauma left him hollow and saw how cruel the world those who seek peace and happiness end up in misery .

After the event he worked hard on intellect and on his health to be best of both worlds then he came to Los Santos and joined army to become the best version of himself and succeeded , but life was feeling empty to him and when he was roaming in the streets recalling the events occurred he saw an alley where he met Tiger who was saving a boy from group of thugs first he thought Tiger might end up beaten up but he clapped all the thugs with no mercy and looks like he had experience in the underworld he looks innocent but is quite ruthless when comes to saving someone he was injured in that fight and he gave him aid and got to know him pretty well since them he owed Shafi for saving him from his injuries and for exchange he taught him his business and introduced him with his family which consist Rifat , Devaster , Lazer , Sparky , Mehr , Zoro and together he learned the ways of how crime works and handled with drugs and with this experience he became ruthless and started torturing people of are thugs and needed correction he says "Tit for Tat you cannot be satisfied what you had " Then he lean over an thugs in cuffs and said " DO you know the meaning of insanity ?" the thug didn't knew the answer then Shafi tossed him in the deep pit and left him there to rot after this he is never the same .
Outcomes:
1 - Karem can take bribes (up to 100k) and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as a bribe.
2 - Karem can lie about calling a lawyer and refuse to provide any type of identification.
3 - Karem can smash and break bodycams. (/try 2 times per situation)
