To the Staff and Team of Grand RP,
This complaint serves as a formal appeal regarding the blacklist I received in January 2025, which excluded me from the Grand RP community.
The blacklist was a result of an honest mistake made due to my limited understanding of IRS and tax affairs. In an attempt to serve the community, I took it upon myself to check the tax compliance of various businesses within the city. I now understand that my actions, while well-intentioned, were misguided and not in accordance with the law. I recognize that this caused unnecessary upheaval and unrest for the business owners involved, and for that, I am sincerely sorry.
I want to state clearly that there was no malicious intent behind my actions. It was an error in judgment stemming from a lack of knowledge in a specific area, not a deliberate attempt to cause harm or distress.
Over the past six months, I have had significant time to reflect on my mistake. This experience has been a profound learning opportunity, and I am now fully aware of the boundaries and responsibilities associated with such matters. I am confident that I will not repeat this error.
I am appealing for the opportunity to be reintegrated into the community that I value and have dedicated much time and effort to protecting. I believe I can once again be a positive and contributing member.
Thank you for considering my appeal. I respect your final decision in this matter.
Sincerely,
Jose Esco.
