Based on what i have just seen you was the one instigating the situation. Your car was purposely blocking the road and after they hit you you decided to chase them and yet again put your car infront of them. There was no need for you to be at the situation in the first place as you didnt get out your car the whole time meaning you was looking for trouble and looking to post someone on forums.

As for the CR by 4371 and 143384 it could be Dsynk as you can see there speed change a lot as they was driving.
Yet again at 50 seconds into the POV you block him with your car again from getting to the road so he rammed you (Not CR) and as for the 01:05 it was most likley Dyskn again where he was going fast he didnt see your car until he got closer.

As for you during the whole POV you are instigating them to "Do rule breaks" while not watching what you are doing yourself. Be blocking them and chasing them in the manner you was i believe its CR on your behalf and most likley provoking as you was doing actions to get a reaction from them. Also the whole time you was doing MG and was in a VC the whole time.

I dont believe this is mass rule break from FIBs side i think if anything its rulebreak from your side

It looks like a whole lot of Dysync dude. Not a lot of people have the best connection and it's hard to say that was intentional. When there's a large concentration of players in an area it gets really laggy. They did not pursue you whatsoever or make any attempt to arrest you, so you can't really say they were intentionally car ramming you because they literally had no reason to, they went on there way and about there business and did not interact with you, therefore no intentional rulebreak. Let's not try to get FIB punished for something this silly.
