Where's the proof 348350 killed the person in the car?

Why hasn't the players in the car feared for their life (FearRP) after being pointed at with a shotgun and told to leave?

Why am I being punished for UB demands when I didn't give a demand? Why am I being punished for RDM and FailRP if the admin doesn't even know the whole context of the situation having said the person who reported me (320175) had microphone input which isnt even audible? Maybe we should look at the discord call in the top left determine that the voice was coming from there, and not the person's mic.

I personally think a lot of false punishments were made against me and 348350. A lot needs to be considered here.

All answers to your questions are listed below (Please cehck the POV on the thread.)
Accepting a POV with voice or not depends totally on admin if we can see the Rulebreak or not.In this case i was able to.

There were no issues with you guys shooting near your fam house, but you have been punished for running 1km away from your fam house and shooting over there,which is just Fail RP , you can only give demand to someone near your house not 1,2 km away from it.
1. Time stamp 1:30 of POV shows 348350 shooting and killing ID 320175.
2.)They did fear and left at 0:27 from your fam house.
3.)You are punished for UB demand because you ran up to them (1:10 in POV) far away from fam house and started saying "put that gun away" "is that a demand" and you shot. You are punished for RDM becuase you shot for no reason.You are punished for Fail RP because the WHOLE CITY is not your house and you cannot kill people for no reason if they have left your territory .
