Blood Reaper was a police negotiator in Mumbai, Blood Reaper had great reflexes in speaking skills and . He used to take care of all the cases alone and had a impeccable record in clearing the cases after being successful in his duty he wanted to earn more as his dreams were bigger he stared doing corruption and he grew addicted. he started taking bribes. days passed his greed grew he started helping gangsters and one day when he took his fellow officers to the gangsters in the greed of bribe the gangsters killed his fellow officers as the news came out he vanished and re emerged years later in Los Santos, with a new name and with old habits.
Career Story:
Now, Blood decides to go join LSPD by mentioning his past experience as a cop but hiding his mistakes. As he is a master of manipulation he manages to sneak his way into the LSPD and gain their trust. he had been sincere during the early days of his job and had received great promotions and reached to a height now that there is no one who can doubt on him his greed and old addictions started to show up he has started to take bribes from the suspects and made favours to them. And started doing other crimes everyday in much higher levels.
Outcomes:
1. Blood can take bribes (up to $100,000 and ask for guns/ammo/illegal stuff as bribe).
2. Blood is able to attempt to search for a bodycam (using the /try command twice per situation), and if found, 3. break it (/do Breaks bodycam).
4. Blood can be disrespectful/rude when talking to other people (Keeping in mind OOC Rules, Gen. 6.10 and 6.19).
5. Blood can add or remove people in wanted list, remove previous reasons for being arrested, give fines or arrest. (with IC reason)
6. Blood can break IC laws and able to use his position in LSPD.
7. Blood can lie to suspects about calling a lawyer and still process them without identifying himself with the ID and without a lawyer.
8. Blood can leak information to criminals in exchange for money or favours.
Blood can cuff, torture and break bodycam of other LEOs to save his friends, family members or to save some citizens that he feels sad for them. ( no targeting or PG)
9. Blood can arrest someone for fake charges/capture them if he severely dislikes them, or for revenge. (within sufficient RP reasons )
10. Blood can do criminal activities. For example, go to the ghetto and ghetto clap, buy, sell, or use any type of illegal items and weapons. (using personal weapons)
