I'm writing this from a translation. When I entered the game, there was a security ban of 9965 days. I don't know why. I could log in before I formatted my computer, but I don't know how many days after I formatted it. I installed it yesterday, and when I tried to log in today, there was a security ban of 9965 days. My two-factor authentication is active. I suspect this is because I first opened my account with a different Rockstar account. That account was permanently banned from GTA Online, so I changed my Rockstar account, but I could log in before I formatted my Grand RP account.
