this is a complaint towards Deputy Chief Admin Jonny Odds (this is not Disrespect Towards any Admin, please understand i wish for my forums to be reviewed and the actions taken to be evidential and conducted properly in a professional manner)
the complaint refers to the forum Pertaining to a case of "admin disrespect", i had brought a substantial case to foresight within the forums and i had cited the proper server rules and regulations to help prove that it had been a misunderstanding and i had photo proof of what the conversation entailed, yet the photos given and posted to the forum had not been reviewed (possible error on my end), but if they had been it would have shown that i had not disrespected any admin, i even had given him an apology during our conversation, and once i had posted an appeal for the issue i had not given him any means to think was slandering an admins name, i even gave the admins praise, and to find out that the admin had furthermore stated that i had disrespected them was a shock due to the nature of the forum being of full sympathy and understanding as well, that forum had proof of what the server rules specify what the disciplinary action would be if broken, i was sad to see that it had been rejected and even more sad to see that the admin may have not read the forum itself because it states that i have no reason to disrespect anyone, only to be listened to was the intent.
i am sorry for the long forum but I've pleaded my case and shown that i not only want to be here, but i will fight for it because this is a server i dont want to be let go from, i loved my job and i loved the people in this server and i respect the admins, i was mad that day and i shouldn't have been so stressed out but that is what we are here for, its the rp that we all came here for.
i would like to be unbanned and have my forum possibly reviewed by different eyes to ensure a 30 day ban was appropriate and to see if a 7 day forum ban for the post was also appropriate. again i do really want to thank all of the admins out here working hard keeping this city grand. (i don't believe reporting an admin in admin complaints is admin disrespect if it is then i sincerely apologize for trying to report admins i am in no way intending on disrespecting anyone, all of the admins are great and put a great deal of time into all of us) if 30 days is just i would like to know why, and why it states 7days and why it was not given to me for a first time offence of "disrespecting" with no verbal attacks or personal slandering during the conversation.
